The plan envisions outdoor retail space along the Pedestrian Way as an integral component to the development of Bayfront. Planned retail space may extend up to two stories with high arcades, large display windows, outdoor displays, and engaging signage.
Outdoor Dining
Outdoor cafes and restaurants should be prevalent along the Pedestrian Way, Transit Plaza and Riverside Drive. They should invigorate the street life and create a vibrant shopping core for the Bayfront community.
