Façades
Seeking to create unique blocks, the plan envisions that no two individual façades will be identical. Buildings shall have a clear base, middle, and top.
Vertical: The façade can be supplemented by the change of the floor heights, as well as by the design of the corners and form of the windows.
Horizontal: In addition to cornice lines and stepbacks, horizontal lines are shown through use of mason and metal bands and/or a change in materials of the primary facade.
