Building Entrances
All buildings are intended to be built with pedestrian friendly exits and entrances.
Stoops
The plan calls for stoops that connect buildings to the sidewalk to be made from a variety of materials so that they look distinctive from one another.
Balconies
It is envisioned that balconies will have semi-opaque railings and be surrounded on two sides. Each balcony must be built with the intention to incorporate and accentuate the building architecture.
